Moving apps to SD card

I'm trying to move apps from internal storage to sd card but I'm not getting the "change" option under storage menu in the application manager.

If i go to storage under the settings menu it shows my SD card. How do i get the "change" storage option to appear in application manager?

Please help.. i attached screen shots
