Help moving apps to sd card

my phone gave me a warning about low memory and was i was trying to find a way to move my apps to my sd card. is there a way to block move all apps at once or do I have to move them one at a time. also if I move them will the shortcuts disappear from my homescreens

R u running a custom Froyo (2.2) rom? I believe that app only works with Froyo and higher.
