Moving apps to SD card

Hey everyone, I'm sure there is only a thousand and a half of these threads out but I want one I can understand. I have Samsung Galaxy Prevail from Boostmobile. I bought a 16g sd card because I know the phone memory sucks, I've moved all the apps that are allowed over to my SD card but I still need more room on the phone memory. Is there any crack or way around what can and cannot be moved to the card? Links would be appreciated.

I solved a lack of memory issue on my Desire by rooting, installing CM7 and S2e and partitioning my SD card. I now have 72Mb free instead of 12Mb.

If rooting is not for you, some memory can be retrieved by uninstalling updates to OS-installed stuff like Google Maps. That and try to replace apps you installed that won’t move with ones that will.
