Root Moving from Miui to CM7 Nightly....

I've been running Miui for a long time now and love it. Recently, I've had the itch to try CM7, especially given that 4g is working.
Anything special I need to do switching from one rom to another?
Also... I partitioned my card. Can the same partition be used or does something need to change there for the switch?

The same partition can be used (so no, you dont need to re-partition if thats what you're asking).

However, you will need to do a nandroid and wipe everything except for SD card (wipe SD-ext and SD-android secure) before flashing your ROM

I know Rxpert already touched on this but I can't stress enough how much doing a FULL wipe prior to flashing will help eliminate potential issues when switching from ROM to ROM.

And use amon ra 2.3 as your recovery to do all this if you aren't already.
