I managed to move my itunes library to my maxx and as I understand it I cannot do the same for a mp3 player like a sansa.
Can I copy the music from my maxx to a mp3 player?
How?

What format is the music on on the MAXX? DRM? You might have to move the files from the MAXX to a computer and then to the Sansa. I don't know about the Sansa. Can you connect the MAXX and Sansa to a computer as removable drives and copy directly from one to the other?

What I have done is move all my music out of iTunes to the Amazon cloud. With the phone app and unlimited data I just stream. You can download from the cloud too in you want it local on the phone or PC.

The music I have on my maxx is a collection of old cd's from my computer, itunes, and amazon.

I fear the days of unlimited data are near the end, at least on verizon.
Plus when I use the maxx for music, the battery really goes south since the new update.

Me too. I have over 5,000 songs on the Amazon cloud for just $20 a year, sweet!
When i got my Maxx I just down loaded certain playlists from my cloud and stream the rest. Its great not having to worry about music anymore.

I have docks everywhere I use it for music so I haven't seen that problem. And yes it looks llike if we want to keep our unlimited data we will have to pay full retail for our new phones in the future.

Exactly. No more fearing hard drive crashes and backing up every time new music is bought.
