1) Pretty sure its not possible. Moxier Mail is for use with MS Exchange Server so it won't work with POP3/IMAP email accounts.
2) For my last job I was using it to connect to my work's email. Let me tell you, it's baaaad. Example: I'd receive email on my desktop and phone, I'd read it on my desktop, but it wouldn't recognize I read it on my phone unless I did a manual refresh.
I'm pretty sure it's dumped for gingerbread for x10, Arc, etc...
