Help MP3 Player that works and plays when on phone call

I need to at times play a mp3 file when I am on the phone. I need the other person on the phone to be able to hear the mp3 as it plays. Anyone know of a player app that will work when one is on a phone call?

I know poweramp has a check box for pause on call (if you are using a bluetooth headset, it is mandatory to stop the music).

Thank you. I have downloaded it. I am trying the test version. I need to try playing with the settings. When on the headset it will still play the MP# but on a test I could barely hear it and the other party could not hear it at all. So I need to see if there is a way in the settings to increase the volume of it when on a call. I have the sound setting in settings at the max. But I will play and see if it can be made to work.

I think the problem is you are seeking to inject the sound of the music into the mic, and while a computer would allow "what you hear" type functionality on recordings, android does not. Android only allows what ever comes in the mic to be sent over a regular voice call. On top of that, a second mic is usually used as part of outside noise removal which would catch the sound coming from the speaker.
