MP3 translation help needed

HI I have an MP3 attachment sent by email, I need to move this file into Express scribe, this is all knew to me, dont seem to be able to shift the attachment, any ideas anyone?:confused:

I am not familiar with Express Scribe. However if you need to do something with an attached file, it is usually necessary to save it to your SD card first. In the email, long-press on the attachment and it should give you the option to save it.
