My galexy s2 won't turn on, how can I fix this

It depends on why it won't turn on. If the battery has permanently died, a new battery will fix it. If the power button has broken that is repairable, but if the motherboard has died it's probably not worth fixing. If it doesn't respond at all when you try to turn it on it is probably a hardware problem.
If it does respond, e.g. boots into recovery or the bootloader, but won't start up into android then it's probably fixable with software. In that case please post again with a full description of what it does.
Otherwise, if you could tell us what happened before it stopped working we might be able to identify the cause and suggest something.
