Welcome aboard. Thanks for stopping in for assistance with your device.

The preinstalled Google Play application cannot be uninstall (without rooting the device) from the device. It should be inside the app drawer (the place where all your preinstalled and installed applications are stored).

However, lets say that you've "inadvertently" uninstall the app, you can installed it here.
