mr stupid formatted internal sd card

hi am a 41 year old twat,who bought a chinese dirty root tablet,then accidently formatted internal sd card,now unit wont go past the android 2.2 screen,partner brought me at christmas "not happy",and dont no how to fix or if it can b ,many thanks nice to meet u from stupid
,would appreciate any help or maybe long rope lol.
