I am going to assume you plugged your tablet into your PC with a USB cable and copied the file to a folder on your tablet. If it's in a format the the tablet supports natively, you should be able to go to the gallery app and find it there in the folder you copied it to. If it's not a supported file type, you may need to download an alternate media player like MoboPlayer | AppBrain Android Market that supports more media formats.
