Help MS exchange inbox - not always updating

Setup is the following:

Only an issue after the 2.01 update
Exchange 2007 server
using owa.domain.com for server info
calendar, contacts sync perfectly fine
I DO get email and as well as nested folder access
I DO get email in my inbox BUT there are issues.

Issues:

- INbox is always 1-3 hours behind or more with updates. (calendar is not).
- Manually hitting the "refresh" button does not do anything. the processing little circle moves, but no new emails come in.
- Eventually i do see new emails, but they are 1-3 hrs behind and my most recent emails do not show up.

things tried:

- deleting mobile acct from server
-deleting account from Droid and re-adding.

i'm probably just going to a factory reset, and if that doesnt work a replacement then. the only reason i need exchange on my phone is for when away from my desk(wich is quite frequently), and it does me no good to have only 2-3 hour old email.

For what it's worth, I have the exact same problem since the last update. I am accessing Exchange 2007 and am experiencing a 30-90 minute delay in receiving message.

Really weird too because if there are, say, 10 messages waiting to be picked up, it will only pick up a few of the the oldest ones.

I've tried every configuration option and cannot solve the problem. I have not tried a factory reset yet.

Let us know if you figure it out.

In researching this problem, I learned all about Touchdown. What a great email app. I have completely switched and have no desire to go back.

Thanks to Google making such a crappy Exchange interface, I have found a much better email client.
