I have joined this forum in the hope that someone can help me. This is my last resort. I even emailed Sony yesterday but have not received a reply.
In my job I use Windows 7 and the latest Microsoft Office applications but I must be totally IT illiterate. I don't even know what a tag is nor any of the things in the 'Additional Options' section.
I purchased a Sony Tablet S which I am unable to use.
All I can do on the tablet is play games and I have a PSP that does that. I have read the manual but that seem to presuppose some preivous experience. I feel that I have wasted my money and as you can probably tell I am very disheartened.
