Root ms323 no data on CM-based ROMs

Now that the SystemUI FC issue was fixed, I wanted to try other ROMs on my phone.

Using TWRP 2.8.6.0, I've tried CM 12, CM 12.1, Pac Man ROM. With all, I never have a data connection, however voice and text work fine. Wifi also works.

I tried changing the APN settings, and adding my own and nothing would work. The signal bar is full except with an exclamation point.

Don't change bearer we don't have LTE
