I did this...

Emailed boost, stating data connection error 128

Couple days later they called me...

What they wanted was to data reset..;

I said i dont have another phone, so tgey told me the steps and my msl number...

Needless to say i didnt reset anything, but i got access with my msl number..

All u have to do is call this number. No menus. Straight to boost CR. Say "I want my msl." Ull have to provide ur account pin code to them.
