Help MT4G Disappearing everything?

Okay, so this is my 3rd android phone (And the first I'm not planning on rooting).

I'm pretty familiar with Android by now.

My issue is that sporadically, ALL of my icons and widgets disappear! Sometimes they will reappear, and sometimes for days they will not.

Are there any fix's for this yet?

I have had the same problem. Very frustrating. My icons and widgets have vanished several times. Help?!

For a while mine wouldnt show half my contacts, and some apps would uninstall themselves. I reset the phone though, its been fine since. Possibly an app screwing with everything?

My problem is that my favorites keep disappearing , esp if I reboot the phone
