Root MT4G Rooting and Tethering

First Android phone. Is it possible to root this one yet? and I bought the T-Mobile $15.00 tethering plan - was that a mistake? I heard free tethering won't be around for much longer. (TMO blocking it or something?)

yes it is possible to root, i just rooted mine today go to all thing root section for the MT4G root step by step.
