I just recived a replacement MT4G and just as I did with my previous phone, attempted to root the phone using Visionary r14. On my previous phone it was a snap, however with the replacement, it will not work. When looking at bootloader info it is as follows:

eMMC - boot

Connect to PC set to Charge Only
USB Debugging is checked
FastBoot is unchecked
Visionary is at the root of my SD card (and that is where it was installed from using Root Explorer). When attempting Temp Root, it stays on the attempting root screen and never roots; it does not matter what other options are checked or not.
Any suggestions on how I can gain root so I can get rid of the bloatware?
UPDATE - I was able to to root with Visionary+ r11 (latest version of Superuser and SU binary installed). I can uninstall bloatware with the latest version of Titanium Backup, but when I reooot, it returns. Any suggestions?
