I have had other Androids, and they never go this hot, it cant be good. Over at XDA forums, people are having luck with the overheating problem by buying the 1900mah anker battery for the HTc Sensation, I think I will pick one up when I can.
If you go to the market there is programs to tell you what temperature your battery is at.. the phone only gets warm for me when using wifi or charging but i've found this to be normal as the phone has a dual core computer inside it this is not to be compared to a phone that barely has power.. my phone gets around 103 f when being used for about 30 mins on wifi.. and sits around 85 f when not in use.. so warmer temperatures are normal for me .. i'd only be concered if you weren't using the phone and came back and it was hot if not even on the charger or wifi
