MTP driver error since Update..

I have been having an error issue with the MTP driver and getting my D710 to connect to my laptop as a media device since update. is there a way to roll back firmware or a site to get the mtp driver from? I have tried Samsung's site and seen nothing. I have looked around the forums here and seem no matching issues.. Thank you in advance. Yes I'm rooted but didn't have this issue till I updated Kies. I'm not sure if this is a compatibility issue with Kies and Windows or Kies and my firmware update. Thank you in advance

I don't really use Kies it is far to slow and clunky in how it works. You can flash the entire ROM again there are one click installs available in the repository.

I've had it where my phone will connect MTP to some PCs and won't to others...I gt tired of it and just started using this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.zatta.USB_switch&hl=en

its just like using a USB drive again...works fine on my rooted stock ROM...
