Apps Multi lang app issue

Hi

I have an app it's working fine
For my second update

I put a second set of value-ar
beside the original local value

for now when the mobile set to Arabic the Ar interface works
if the language set to English
the default language runs is English

My Q:

I want to set a menu
2 button
Arabic
English

can anybody help ?
