MULTI TOUCH GLITCHY FLICK SCREEN

So I just bought this phone yesterday day when I watch videos or play games the screen flickering red and blue when I'm playing games the multi touch just stops and freezes up I called customer support talked to 3 different ppl they told me something different but one of them said there would be a software update within a week to fix this hope its true or I'm gonna have to re turn it
 
I'm pretty sure most if not all of us are having the screen flicker problem, I'm not having any problems with multitouch though. Update within a week? Looking forward to it :D. This is already the best phone I've owned and if the bugs are fixed it's going to be incredible :p
 
Yeah there's an existing thread for this already, like literally three threads down from this one.
 
I don't have any flicker issues. I do have the touch screen issues. Sometimes it doesn't register the touches (think using the swipe to text feature the keyboard) occasionally while in the middle the word I'm swiping the phone behaves as if I took my finger off the screen despite the fact I indeed did not.

Other times I'll be scrolling down a webpage and the phone behaves as if I clicked on a link or picture even though I'm just scrolling down the webpage.

Those two are the issues I have most. I bought mine on launch day. I bought one for me and one for the gf. Mine has these issues but hers does not. I considered returning it but I did that with the original Stylo and getting a refund was a nightmare. (Had to go back to the metro store four times between having my first problem and actually having my replacement device in hand...what a joke)
 
Sad how the T-Mobile version of this phone has the update and the metro ones dont

I guess it's time for me to infiltrate aka complain like there's no tomorrow in metro customer support.

Just went to their website. I hate when they don't have live chat. I guess I need to use twitter for this. I haven't been tweeting for a long while. I just really am tired of this waiting for update for months!

Yup tomorrow I'm gonna be calling ZTE and metro about this till I get an answer
