Help Multi-Touch Issue

Pipebomb

Lurker
So I got this crappy Chinese phone that seems to have a very irritating multi-touch issue. Its a NanoSys N5 with Android 5.1. And the problem is, when I have 2 fingers on the screen, and I release one finger, the other one automatically releases and re-registers a millisecond after. It gets in the way when playing FPS Games, FIFA, and other games that rely on analog sticks. Is this a hardware issue? Or is there a way to fix this?

Have you tried rebooting and resetting it? But being what it is, crappy cheapo China phone from an unknown manufacturer, it could very well have a fluky flawed touch-screen that doesn't work as it should. Try Antutu Tester and run the Multi-touch Test, that will give you an indication of what's happening with it.

If the screen is like that, hardware issue, likely nothing you can do other than return the thing for a refund.

Then it's a hardware issue and basically, nothing we can do about it, except probably advise you to never buy cheapo obscures chinese phones.
