I bought my wife the 10.1 2014 edition late last year, and recently bought myself the Tab Pro 12.2. After a couple of days use, we decided we each liked the other's tablet more, so we swapped.
Now we are each the additional user on our own tablets, with the other person as primary owner. Is there a way for the primary to promote another user to primary?
I've heard that Samsung has a backup app (Switch, I believe it's called) that may help with this. I believe we could each backup to Switch, then factory reset the device, and set up accounts in the correct order using Switch to push the backup down each time. Has anyone tried that and found it to not lose things like paid apps, game progress, or saved files?
