Having an issue with multi window on my Samsung s4, before there was a little bubble arrow that you could touch and the multi window frsmevwould appear, cannot find it now? I can long press back arrow and it pops up on right side, however I cannot maneuver to right side, and again still no bubble arrow on home screen to make window open up, have I turned something off?
