Root Multimedia Text Messaging

Hello,
I am rooted. I'm using All-In-One Sprint Lovers ROM and 4.3.4-cfs-havs-more-nosbc (More Aggressive HAVS). I'm having an issue where attempting to send a friend a picture taken by the phone, I receive a "generic network failure" error. It eventually takes 30+ minutes to send the picture. One thing I've noticed is before rooting when trying to send a picture, the phone says "too large to send" and resizes the picture and pushes it through. I don't have 3G service where I am but on "Nationwide Sprint Network". I have moved. So before rooting I was on the Nationwide Sprint Network. The only time I get that error is when I'm sending/receiving a MMS message and 3g is off.....you *did* say you don't have 3g service where you're currently living, so maybe that's it. Have you tried wiping cache/dalvik-cache and rebooting? Or doing a full wipe and reflashing the ROM?
