Not sure if this is an issue for other Gingerbread users, but today I received a text message that was past the standard SMS character limit so it was sent as a multimedia message (MMS). Prior to Gingerbread, I would be able to tap on the extended message and view it in a multimedia window. Now, with Gingerbread installed, when I attempted to view an extended SMS-MMS message, the multimedia window opened, but no message was displayed. I tried restarting the phone and viewing it again multiple times, but to no avail.
Anyone else have this issue and is there a resolution to it?
