Multiple Browser Tabs on Android Jelly Bean

Hey, this may be a silly question, but I can't find anywhere to open a second tab on the new Android browser. I couldn't find anything with some Google searches; would anyone know how?

Geste move down on the browser window lets appear on the lower side four tabs, choose Windows :)

... or use the Menu (upper right side of the browser window) and choose Windows.
If you don't see the Menu, tap lightly on the upper screen side.

I see the menu button on the upper right, but where are the options that you said are on the bottom of the page, exactly?

Thanks.

Move your finger down at the screen and then four tabs should appear on the bottom, tab on the right tab "Windows" and you can choose a new browser window.

Sorry, but I've tried scrolling around the page and I can't find the tabs you mention on the bottom of the webpage or anywhere else.
