Multiple problems

I just got my new gs III and I have had some problem with the phone. I want to know if it is worth returning because of these problems and replacIng It. my first problem is the apps force close on some games, the screen opens by itself, and ocasionally the screen freezes. And is the power button supposed to feel loose as if it's about to fall out?

Thanks

The games probably haven't been updated for the S3 yet. The other stuff doesn't sound normal. I don't have any of those issue with mine, so a return or exchange might be in order.

The power button should not feel loose. In fact, most you have to press fairly hard for a bit for it to initially power up....same as first putting the headphones in. Just needs to be worked out due to it new.
The game & screen issue may clear itself up with a couple of restarts. I had to restart my phone 3-4 times the first day to 'clear out the cobwebs" before it ran perfectly.

thanks i talked to the person that sold me the phone but idk if it worth making a big deal out of. please keep commenting.

The button shouldn't be loose. I am willing to bet the other problems are because of one or more of the games you have installed...as said above, they aren't ready for S3 yet.

Bring it back. It definitely sounds like a manufacturing defect to me. Mine is not like that at all. It has a very tactile response to it.

more and more its looking that way, thanks

If anyone is following this post heres the update. it took forever to exchange the phone but i finally got it. The power button is some wat soft its doesnt have the new button feel but its just a flaw on all the phones. but all the other problems i had mentioned before are all cleared up so in the end im glad i exchanged it for another new G.S 3. Thank you all for those who relied!!
