OK thanks for your help in advanced. It may be my wording wheni am searching...but I am looking for an app thati can set up to do multitasking when touch it for example..I normally cut off my background data, when i go to the google play store... I would like a button to press that would automatically cut on the background data and open the play store at the same
time

You need Tasker. Or maybe AutoApp Settings will work. Just set up in those that when you open Play Store, data will enable. And that's it.
