Help Multitasking window not center (picture attached)

This glitch use to come up once in a while that made my multitasking window not center. Turning my phone off and on again always solved this issue. Now, it happened again and I turned my phone off and on again and it still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated. Below is a picture of what I'm talking about. It is acting like there is the second app in the multitasking window when in reality it's the only one.
