Help Multiwindow on Eclipse 5.1 (JB 4.3)

Okay, where is the setting that enables multiwindow in Eclipse?

(Doesn't seem to be anywhere that I've looked in Settings and holding Back doesn't seem to do it)
 
Is eclipse a samsung based rom or aosp? (Im guessin its aosp based since its 4.3) Multiwindow is a proprietary samsung feature :thumbup:
 
No problem man. We have to make a few sacrifices for all that smoothness lol. You lose HDMI output too and the excellent camera.
Cyanogen built a function similar to multiwindow but google warned them not to publish it :(
I miss it too :thumbup:
