Music app....Lock screen?

For the life of me I CAN NOT FIND a music app that lets you change songs and stuff when you are on your lock screen (mine has the password needed). I tried power amp but couldn't find a way to listen to music and then change songs without doing my password and actually getting into my phone. HELP!

Poweramp works great for me. It inserts itself before swipe and pattern with these settings
