music app to rate and sync with PC

Hi,

anybody knows a music app which allows the user to rate his music (5 star rating like on windows itself) and sync it with the PC?
I checked some apps but they dont offer these features.
Winamp: sync yes, but no rating on app
Poweramp: sync no, but rating of music

PlayerPro. The ratings system can be set to sync with either WINAMP, Windows Media player or MediaMonkey on a PC
 
I managed to move a playlist including the files to my android and they show up nicely in playerpro. But how can I sync the ratings back to winamp on the pc?
 
Not sure if this will help, but, Google Play Music has a ratings system that allows you to create new playlists based on those ratings as well as it recommends new playlists based on your ratings. Not sure if this is what you were needing the ratings system for and also, google play music is web-based but allows you to upload all of your current music that's on your computer including current itunes playlists. Hope this helps.
 
Thanks for the help, but the suggestions doesn't work as I wish.

Is there an android music player which at least writes the music rating into the file itself, like windows on a PC can do it with the normal windows explorer (i think it is writen into an mp3 tag(?)). If there is a player like this a sync with windows media player should work including the rating. I dont care if the whole file is copied.
