Help Music disappeara randomly

I have a Galaxy S6 with Verizon for around a month. But recently 1 week ago all my downloaded music got deleted. But when I went to my files everything was there just not on the music app. I went to Verizon to ask why it was happening and they gave me the crap everyone hears. So I contact tech support and they even were on my device looking for my music and they couldn't find it. I already resetted the phone twice and is there something wrong with the phone or do you guys recommend a certain site to download music? Thanks in advance
 
For downloading music legally, there's Google, Amazon, iTunes if you have a PC or Mac, etc. For music vanishing, often I would suspect a duff or fake SD, but the S6 doesn't have SD. What are you using to download the music, and what music player are you using.
 
Yes I know but I don't wanna pay for music. I've had Samsung phones all the time never liked iphone. But I use a torrent just like on my old note 3. No problems with it. I use a bittorrent from the app store. It's a purple circle icon. And then I go to a site and download from kickass. But I also go to different sites because I listen to varies genres of music. Sometimes I use a converter from YouTube to mp3.
