Music manager that transfers playlists correctly???

Hello all

I am looking for a music manager that will correctly transfer playlists from my PC to my Samsung Galaxy Player. I have tried Media Monkey and Winamp and both transfer empty playlists.

What are people using for this?

i have a galaxy s 3 running 4.3. if I drag a playlist into the "sync" pane of windows media player 12, the playlist will sync correctly to my phone with the songs intact.

unfortunately, the next time I reboot the phone, the playlist is empty. which is just a real treat.
