Help Music On My S4

So I have the S4 and I believe a 16GB SD card. I am trying the best possible way to get music from my PC to my SD card. I have tried Samsung Kies 3 with various amounts of success, someone then suggest WMP and again had some degrees of success. Is there a be all way to make this happen? I use Poweramp on my phone as my player but am trying to find a definitive way of making this happen.

Thanks

Are you just wanting to copy music over or copy playlists?

If it's the former then just hook your phone up to the pc, open up the phone's SD card and drop the songs on.

If it's the latter, an app called iSyncr let's you sync iTunes playlists etc over Wi-Fi

My recollection is that I got the best result by using Windows Media Center or Player to transfer over a bunch of albums using USB and the sync function (this was not an iTunes collection).

I use an app called AirDroid. It will move the files without hooking a wire up to the computer (assuming you have wireless in your home).

I use Power Amp too. I just hook my phone up to computer using USB cable and do the drag and drop. The great thing about PowerAMP is you can tell it where to check for music, once its on the SD card. You can change the tags too.
