I have multiple albums with the same name, so I was wondering if there is an app that can merge all the duplicate albums into one?

I'm assuming from the above that you mean you have copies of the same album on mp3 and your music player is treating them as different. If that's the case then it's the mp3 files that need to be "reorganised". The best way, IMHO, is to do that on your PC. Collect the whole collection together and create a folder with all the relevant songs in it - you can't have that many duplicates that you can't do that surely? Then use 'mp3tags' to adjust all the mp3 tags in the files to the proper ones. Add back to your phone and the job's a good un .....
