Help Music Playback Issues

I am getting a lot of popping when listening to music via google music or the standard music player on the device from both the headphones and the speaker. Weirdly enough, when using pandora or youtube, the popping isn't there. Has anyone else encountered this?


EDIT: I downloaded poweramp and I am seeing the popping has disappeared. Which tells me there is a codec issue with google music and the stock player.

I'm also a poweramp enthusiast. Sad to hear this though as I was hoping to port the S3 music app to my Note and try it out. Hopefully it's fixed with an update.
