Music player issue.

Lurker
OK So I'm posting on behalf of my father who own a Samsung galaxy note version one currently running 4.1.2. The issue is whenever he is in his music player (the original one that comes with the phone not a app) it shuffles his music around. Which is particularly annoying for him as he listens to a lot of audio books so as you can imagine the chapters get played out of order. I've had a look myself as as you go into a album it says " shuffle" at the top but there's no was that I can see anyway to switch it off I've been into settings, tried clicking shuffle and not clicking it and no matter what i do so far no avail it shuffles no matter what. I can provide screenshots if they're needed.

Never mind, being a short tempered man he has decided to factory re-set his phone back to before the update therefore "fixing" it.

Edit: No apparently it didn't fix it and now he's ready to pack up his phone and use a different one. -sigh- He's so hard to deal with.

Click on the album art of the song which is playing and then look at the song information that is displayed.

At the bottom of the song information you will see an option for toggling shuffle on or off.
