Music player that can...

Here is what I need (dream?) a music player to do:
1) Cross fade
2) Volume "normalize", sort of like "sound check" on itunes
3) Use iTunes playlists

Lithium does 1 and 3 well but not 2.
Is there a player that will do all 3?

Last time I checked PowerAMP out, it did not have any of the 3 items listed.
And that was today.
