Music player with sleep timer?

[droidros]

Hi,
I'm looking for a simple music player with a sleep timer for my Kindle Fire HD (i.e., the music turns off after the set amount of time). The stock music player doesn't have a sleep timer. I've downloaded a couple of alarm clock apps that let you wake up to music - but they don't let you go to sleep with music. The only other players I've found are the "white noise" sleep timers - I'd prefer to go to sleep listening to music of my own choosing. Does anyone know of an app that does this? Every TV has this function. It seems like something very simple.

i believe PlayerPro does this. Try the trial to see if it fits your need

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, PlayerPro is not available on the Amazon App Store, which the Kindle uses (it doesn't use the Play Store). There is a "Player Pro" listed, but there were two 1-star reviews which basically said that this was not the real thing. So I went to the Play Store on my phone and downloaded it to there. Yes, it does have a sleep timer, and is the only one I've found so far that has the sleep timer. The free version is only for 7 days though and the paid version costs $4.99. I'll play with it and see if I want to buy it.

Try PowerAmp's trial. Anyway, not sure if its available on Amazon but you can try looking for Music Sleep Widget. It is a widget with a player timer that works with the stock music player.

You can also check out WinAMP. Not sure if they have a timer though.
