I have experienced this as well, I believe it has something to do with the accelerometer and possibly the headphone jack. I have also had trouble with the phone skipping tracks when I do not want it too, which seems to happen as a "shack to shuffle" sort of thing like the iphone has.
Anyone else have this problem?
