Help Music Player?

okay, so i expected to just be able to plug my tablet into my pc, drag my music into the root music folder, unplug, and listen vua the default music player.

This didnt work, im currently using power amp but i cant find any way to scroll my music besides shuffle. So did i out my music in the wrong place? Is there an app that does this?

Well try to do this amp/menu/settings/
And find scan sdcard or something like that to find new music files on the device

Still id like to get the default player working if its a simple fix.

I listen to my music through double twist as well as transfer it through there, via air sync. I cn sort by song, and artist, album, or playlist. I can also scroll through my music.
