music problems

I have a galaxy tab 3, and when i used the music before wuth headphones it worked fine. But now it plays through both headphones n the external speakers. I dont know what to do, please help

Assuming you've tried different sets of earphones, it might be dirt in the headphone socket on the tab. Try (very gently) cleaning it.

If that doesn't help, I'm afraid your best bet is probably to send it for repair

Hopefully, it's still under warranty
