Music Program like iTunes?

Does GS3 and/or Android have a music program that works similar to iTunes? You can just sync it to your phone, organize everything on this program on your PC, etc...

I know you can do something like this with Google but I'm looking for something else unless that's my only option.

There are thousands of music apps out there. Try one called Doubletwist. it is supposed to be very similar to Itunes. You might want to try a few others though as Itunes is not that great.

I just use iTunes with the iSyncr app. It's even better now that I switched to wifi syncing. If you mean manage apps too, well I'm not sure about that. This combination for music management has been perfect for me for the past 2
