My 3 week old S3 has developed a new annoyance. When I go into the Google Play (or the Samsung music player) around 75% of my music is usually missing. Doesn't happen every time, but definitely most of the time. There's no pattern to it. When it happens, my options are:
Any suggestions before I return it, or maybe just throw it against a wall? Is Android and/or the S3 simply incapable of indexing - and then maintain that index - of 25+ gigs of music?
- Wait a couple of hours.
- Reboot (doesn't always work)
- Applications -> Media Storage -> Clear data (usually works)
