music transfer

Samsung Galaxy s3 with O2. When I transfer music from my PC to my phone using Kies it takes a long time nearly 1 hour just for one album about 10 tracks, then when I check my phone the album is not there.
 
Just copy the files to the phone using the computer. You don't need a program to do it.
