Help Music Volume: Cannot hear Music when travelling - help please

Music Volume is generally adequate when in quiet places.
In busy places esp when travelling on trains and boats and planes the max is far too low. [pun intended]
How can I increase the stock volume so that I can hear my music while travelling.
